Mona Thorpe is the CEO &
founder of Smart Business Moves. She is an entrepreneur
of five successful companies and uses her experience to
coach and train tomorrows business leaders. Some of her
clients are companies and executives from businesses such
as IBM, CitiBank, Gartner Group, Pfizer Pharmaceutical,
Hallmark and Small to Tall Scholars to name a few. She is

Mr. Elcsics serves as CEO of Elluscient Technology Solutions
where he leads the company's strategic planning, management
and technology development and is responsible for all operational
aspects of the business, ensuring accurate and timely delivery
to clients as well as the development of custom software.
His focus is on building the corporate infrastructure needed
to maintain Elluscient’s rapid growth as a company and on
ensuring that quality remains high while product development
cycle times are kept to a minimum.
