The site enable Sales and Marketing Teams to ask question and get have a Subject Matter Expert answer them. The application enabled Q&A to be posted, tracked and reported.The application maintains a record of each question received and provides a flexible reporting and search capability geared toward trending and analyzing question types and sources. A search function allows a user defined key-word search to be conducted on the question and resolution fields. Date filters also allow entry of a specific date or a date range. Search results are displayed in the standard report format.
